I went in looking for a gun safe and the staff was very helpful explaining the benefits of each model. I ended up purchasing a larger safe that weighed about 450 lbs. It didn’t quite fit in the bed of my F-150 with the bed cover installed, but the team went out of their way to help me get it loaded and tied down securely. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in and I definitely recommend this place.

Just did a return for 8 horse stall mats that didn’t end up working out because they weren’t the smooth ones. Rich from the Sanford location was very helpful and ensured we had a good experience returning them despite all the hassle we went through before. He definitely deserves recognition as he seems to be passionate about his job and customer experience!

Don’t settle for a rusty assembled display model! I bought a Coleman GK200 online and picked it up from the store. They loaded up a rusty display model without hesitation. Once it was on my trailer I noticed how rusty it was. I asked the employee if this is normal but he said it’s fine and that it’ll wipe off. I asked if I could instead get a new one assembled and was told they had no others in stock. I asked if I could get a discount and was told no since I already paid for it. So I dealt with it and took it home. After adding gas and oil, I tried starting it, to no avail. I called the New Smyrna store (closer to where I live) and asked if I could bring it by for someone to help me start it. When I showed up with the go-kart the manager was baffled that I was sold a product in such bad condition and should have been offered at lease a discount. The manager happily assembled a new one for me and took the rust bucket. Reason for 2 stars instead of 1 for the Sanford store is because there was very nice and helpful employee inside the store. Long story short, don’t settle for a rusty display without a discount or ask if a store nearby has a new one instead.

I went to the store to ask for help choosing the right food for my chickens, and the customer service was very disappointing. When I asked the employee what type of feed he recommended, he responded with: “You have chickens? And you don’t know what food to give them?”
The way he said it made me feel judged instead of helped. I went there looking for guidance, not sarcasm. His attitude was unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Overall, very poor customer service. I hope the staff receives better training on how to speak to customers who are simply trying to learn and make the right purchase.

Regarding my experience today at the Tractor Supply Sanford location.
After reading the description of the dog washing station on the website, I brought my husky in with the understanding that it was a self-serve wash and professional grooming station. Because of his thick coat, I was there for approximately 3–4 hours. During my time there, one employee asked if I was almost done, and I apologized and let them know I would finish up soon, trying my best to finish up quickly. After I paid, another employee informed me that the station is only intended for washing and not grooming. It felt more like I annoyed them and they wanted me to leave at this point.
I was surprised to hear this, as the website states otherwise. I’ve attached the description from the website below. If the station is truly wash-only, and there is some sort of time limit, the current website description may be misleading for customers.

I've been using this tractor supply for years now. My pets are way healthier.A big thing has been one of the guys there should me you can use pine pellets for cat litter. Way cheaper way healthier, wayless smell.

I love this location because they offer more gardening products that I need than the one near my house.

Nice place, good people, helped me find what I was needing for a diy job and then I even was able to get my cat his vacation, and the girls are the front desk was an absolute sweetheart.
