Amazing employees, absolutely nothing against them, but whoever owns this store better get a new God damn finger print detector. There's no reason I should have spent 30 minutes here TO NOT EVEN GET MY FINGER PRINTS TAKEN. I had to go to a different location and waste more time out of my day for something that should have taken no more than 5 minutes!

By far the best experience I ever had in such kind of store. I always come here for shipping and returning stuff and never spent more than two minutes in there. They are professional, fast, and friendly.

The worker Kenneth was great. I have anxiety talking to staff but he made me feel more comfortable. The line was a little long but that is expected and the store was neat. I found what I needed with no problem. Kenneth recommended me great options for my package since I didn’t really know what I was looking for. Even recommended me sweepstake for an amazon gift card. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like I needed to. 😊

I had to stop by for an amazon return right before work and the worker who helped me was very fast and helpful. He was a dark-skin man with glasses. There was another worker there who also helped who was white with blonde short hair. I don’t remember their names but I wanted to leave a review because they really worked together to help me have a nice and fast experience! 😊 Lovely UPS!

Gave a bad review before, but the manager really tried his hardest and apologized. For that I’m changing it back to a five star.
Just go there prepared to have your Amazon packages taped up in the right boxes. My experience is every UPS store is different. This one isn’t very lenient. They are helpful, but comes with the cost.$
