Charged my fiancé 3X price for a package vs. Fedex. Called to cancel and they held shipment…. But would not refund the charge even though the box never left the building. The manager/owner offered in-store credit for their overpriced goods and services which I reluctantly accepted to eliminate further hassles or disputes. AVOID SHIPPING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

The reality is that they responded quickly but when asked for guidance on sending packages the answers were insipid and unfounded. Then I found my way to another store that wasn't even UPS. They must guide people with facts. I'm not dedicated to these comments but what it is...

poor service will not go the extra mile for customer service. i took a package to return realized that it was being sent to the wrong place that was my fault, but when I called ups customer service they confirmed that the item is still at the location (UPS Store) i went back three time and asked if they can look back and double check it it was picked and the the manager refused. He keeps insisting the the package is not at there location and it was picked up already.All i wanted was for him to confirm that it left the location but he would not take a minute of his time to look.

One word EXTORTION! My name is Christine btw not Alex. Our family uses ups daily. If you’re going to charge me an extra 25$ to pick up a tiny box with me and my 2 year olds inhaler in it, after we already paid to have it shipped, tell us before it gets shipped!!! Im pregnant and have had nothing but pains and cramps since I left that place. I had no money on me because THEY DIDN’T advertise they charge any extra a day. It took 30 minutes to get my toddlers breathing back to normal because I didn’t bring any money on me, as I already paid for what I was told I had to pay for! The Indian guy, says to be the owner, said well you’re using my address aren’t you, for your package so you owe another 25$. I came down from Ohio and had some issues with my truck so it took a couple days longer than expected, but I feel it’s not advertised because he changes the price on some people. Which Is actually what I read. It’s not right. That is extortion, you’re holding my package which I already paid for and belongs to me and telling me I can’t have it til I give you another 25$, okay. Don’t care if it’s a privately owned store or whatever. You didn’t have to hear my little girl have issues breathing cause he said “oh so you don’t want this then” because I told him I didn’t bring any money with me!!! So angry about this!

Why don't all the employees have name tags? There is one indian guy who always looks to threaten the employees and stares at the customers who walk in. So rude to colleagues. He might be the boss there but has to treat employees with respect. Doesn't wear his name tag if we have to write his name. Store has to focus on the customer service as that is what is lacking here. Never would step into this store. Will go to other facilities or may visit Fedex all the time than this store...

Prices are ridiculously highTo send 2 packages domestically, over $80 dollars. NO rush, No next day delivery. This was normal days delivery. ALSO, I had one prepaid shipping label already. Charged me 2.25 to print the label "printing service fee". Charged me the copy on top it, charged me a packaging service fee. Absolutely trashed my pocket. Horrible experience.

Went in to return an item for Amazon, it was in its original box. The guys told me they can’t accept it because it has to be in a Amazon box! Not true because I have returned multiple items at the Daytona store! Very rude people and incorrect information!

This ups store is horrible. I sent an expensive computer out and they either lost it or stole it because it never arrived to the warehouse. I went though an entire month of hassles just to get my insured refund back. They don’t answer their phones, and when they do they just say they will call you back in 5 minutes but never call. Do not ship anything with them unless you don’t care if it goes missing
