    I've had mixed experiences with the grooming. There's one woman who is very patient and kind and another that is very impatient and I would not trust with my dog if I was not there. It's a shame that one person ruins it because the other employees are welcoming and pleasant.

    Helpful employees. And semi easy to use dog wash stations. So convenient that it's right across street from park.

    I love the DIY bathing option, today I tried the drop off package because my 11 month old german shepherd was due for a nail trim, I lived not having to fi it myself, my only issue was she came to me smelling like wet dog, and shes still really damp:( otherwise im happy
