In the past year, this Walgreens pharmacy has gone downhill with their phone service and pickup window service. I call and stay on hold for 10 or 15 minutes and they never answer. The window takes way to long. This place was really on target before this! What happened?

If you value your health and your families go somewhere else. Went with the family to get our flu and Covid and this the result. Cellulitis and a hospital visit. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Run fast, run far and don’t look back.

The pharmacy here couldn’t get my prescription filled. I was goi g back and forth with the doctor, pharmacy and my insurance. Both my doctor, and insurance company said it was Walgreens issue. I switched to Walmart pharmacy and and had my prescription writhing 20 mins. I don’t know what happened to this Walgreens but the customer service and pharmacy department failed

They never have the meds ready, they never have med stocked, the associates behind the counter look like trash. Disgusting long fat nails huge piercings, trashy attitudes. Avoid this location at all cost.

Fast service at the pharmacy. In addition to prescriptions the Dr. ordered a non prescription medicine. The gal took me directly to the location of that item on the shelf.

Didn’t even want to give a 1. Employee was extremely rude by phone after them putting me on hold twice and waiting 15 mins to be answered. No apology. Never going to this location EVER again.

Went in there to purchase feminine hygiene products. They were marked $9.49 but rang up incorrectly at $12.99. When I told them that they said they were buy one get one half off. There was no sign indicating that whatsoever. I had to walk to the back of the store to show the manager on duty where I grabbed the item from. She was argumentative and rude to me. Tried to make excuses saying that customers put things in the wrong place. There were other products of the same kind in that spot. That’s not my fault that your store isn’t labeling their prices correctly. I will definitely not be coming back and will take my business elsewhere where I’m treated respectfully and not dealing with your incompetence.

The drive through pharmacy is so slow. I was only 4 cars back and waited over an hour. While at the window, the lady disappeared for over 10 minutes while I just sat there waiting for her to come back.

Well the pharmacist erika is very rude is not a humble person she thinks she is the big kahuna there, she don't have any patience with costumers I don't know why Walgreens don't fire her , she thinks because she beig work for years we need to tolerate her bad attitude and that is not right she need to retire soon , I don't know why the manager Jose don't take this situation more seriously cause her attitude say alot about him and the store .
