if i could give this pharmacy no stars it would be extremely accurate. the pharmacy manager is a horrible person, she will keep your medications from you for her own reasons. never ever had an issue with a pharmacy until i came to this location. i was in the hospital for a week and a half cause she kept my heart medication away from me because she accused me of trying to sell them which is a horrible accusation especially when i really need my medication. corporate needs to take a look back at their management because this person doesn’t deserve to serve people, if anything she hurts them.

This place is horrible, even with its renovations. Loud ass employee on her phone running down isles to who im assuming was her bf, bc it was impossible not to hear it. Screaming obscenities. Just unreal. The pharmacy here is no better. The young man took my prescription and said they could have it filled my the next day bc they were out. Later that night, I had an arab woman, whom I am assuming the pharmacist, call me to ask me all sorts of questions about the visit to my new doctor.. prying information from me like, why did I travel so far to see this dr, telling me this is a new medication for me (as if I don't know that!) and interrogating me as if I'd done something wrong by going to a new dr! After she hung up saying she can't fill it, she called me back again.. and tells me the price and asked me how I would've paid for anyways?? like.. WTF?? Are they even allowed to do that? She wasn't filling it anyhow! Not to mention, I could hardly understand what she was saying due to the language barrier. Anyhow, needless to say, I went to Walmart. And yes, Walmart. They are my new pharmacist from now on. MUCH more professional, and way better communication. I'll NEVER go back to this Walgreens, do not care even if my life depended on it. TERRIBLE customer service all over the store.

Walgreens is my go to drug store for pharmacy items, and sometimes for bread or milk.

If I could give it zero stars, I would have chosen that. When you have an appointment for a shot, and it ends up taking over an hour to get the shot, that is horrible customer service.

Go there for all my pharmacy needs. They are very knowledgeable about medication you can and can't take when in certain meds

On French Avenue - The only way this store can improve is to close their doors or the earth to open up and swallow it up. Pharmacy is a total nightmare. I know how to get a spy to spill the beans is to make them deal with the pharmacy department..

We had 2 covid updated booster appointments scheduled today and received our reminder texts and emails. It also included a phone number for the pharmacy for any questions. We called and got a recording that put us in a que that was never answered. We arrived 15 min early as instructed to find they were closed. The phone recording nor website updated hours. We were not notified of cancelled appointments. It was a waste of time and gas.

If you need to pick up a prescription, don’t go to the drive thru. Walgreens has become more of a medical clinic than a pharmacy. Got stuck in the drive thru lane for about 20 minutes. Cars were behind me & the car in front of me was having testing done. So, the whole line gets held up, while someone is sitting in their car, getting testing done. The drive thru has 2 lanes, but I have never seen them use the second one. Other pharmacies do testing, etc, but they don’t hold up the line for people picking up prescriptions. I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous. I’m going to transfer my prescription, to a different pharmacy. Walgreens clearly prioritizes medical testing over being a pharmacy, they must get more of a reimbursement. If you need to get a prescription filled, find a real pharmacy, that wants to be a pharmacy.

They have shelves empty in the pharmacy aisles. Allergy medicine, cold and flu, etc. yet they have 2 whole aisles full of wine and alcohol. What!?!?

While listed on the HHS.GOV website as a test to treat location for Covid-19 this is not a location that offers those services. Their on-site clinic does not treat or write the prescriptions for the medications that are supposed to be given within the first 5 days of symptoms and refers you to find your own physician instead. Please make sure you do not go there for those medications unless a prescription is already filled for you. You'll waste valuable time.

I had an order for curbside pickup and ended up having to go inside. I was waiting for about 7 minutes inside the store for someone to come and give me my order. I have to say the lady was very nice. Hopefully, they'll get the whole curbside pickup together.

I see the lack of stars for this particular location and I find it appalling! This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I must say that the staff and management have been very kind, professional, friendly and well they have gone above and beyond whenever I have had an issue with anything. There is one young lady that stands out for me and that is Ann. I had an issue with my photo ornaments order and she came right in and helped with a smile. I was being a "Karen" as people have said to me. Funny thing is I really am a "Karen Rivera" Nevertheless, the associates at this location do their very best whenever it comes to customers and the service they provide! I have personally witnessed customers being rude and a bit mouthy, yet these associates stay in a mindful manner of their position. So, with this being said to all the difficult customers, give them some slack. WE ALL NEED TO GIVE ALL ASSOCIATES AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS MORE UNDERSTANDING AND PUT URSELVES IN THEIR SHOES.To the staff at my Walgreens I personally thank you for doing your very BEST! It is very much appreciated and Happy New Year! Goodbye to 2021 and let's start off the NEW YEAR 2022 on a good note!

I hate the pharmacy drive-thru so much. If there’s one other car in the drive-thru, it’s gonna take 15 minutes. Two or more? 45 minutes to an hour. It’s not unusual for the staff to allow one inconsiderate car to take up 30 minutes of their (OUR) time instead of telling them to come inside. I know this is definitely how I want to waste away an afternoon or evening. I spend WAY more time here than I deserve.Don’t think you can make things quicker by just going inside. Now you’re waiting 45 minutes on your feet while surrounded by COVID.They close at random times. I came on a Wednesday evening to find a sign that said they were closed all day. Those times when you have a valid Rx on file and they want you to call the pharmacy for no good reason? Those are fun. The web site is down more often than it is up. “Temporarily unavailable” every single day is not temporary. My insurance makes me come here. Walgreens knows they have most people by the balls. This is why they don’t care.Note: Get your COVID booster at Publix. I waited five minutes.
