This stores pickup and delivery is poorly run, plain and simple. If you put in an online order to pickup, plan on waiting 15-20 minutes for someone to bring you your groceries. This eliminates the whole point of spending the time to enter an order online to pickup and avoid having to go into the store. Because of these issues we decided to start paying for delivery. Since trying to do this we have had an issue with every single delivery. We have a new house and our address is not in every GPS app. For this reason we understand a little confusion. But instead of the driver calling us they just go out and then return the groceries to the store without ever contacting us most of the time. We have called Walmart and doorsash and left notes in the app to indicate where our house is and this continues to happen. Pickup and delivery are supposed to be tools that make shopping easier but this store fails at execution in both. It is a very disappointing process.

What a great Walmart. The prices, the condition and the people are great. I drive all the way from Deltona just to shop here. The produce area is clean and cared for and the layout is thoughtful and easy to use. I wish the store in Orange City would steal the Manager or a Manager away to fix it. It's day and night. Great job Sanford. Please keep it up !!

I have to admit, I AM REALLY IMPRESSED! I had written a review, as a complaint, of some really bad work that Walmart Photo Center did on my yearly Christmas Card. I sent a copy of that review to Walmart Help email address online, in less than 5 minutes I had a response, and 10 minutes later, I was told they had already processed my full refund, it was really quite impressive. Now, this does not change the fact that the situation created obvious setbacks that I still have to deal with; but, it does show that Walmart does care for their customers and a case of negligence due to one employee does not speak for the company customer care in general. I will continue to use Walmart and am very grateful for their understanding that issues like these can hurt their image among the public. Thank you again, Walmart, for your understanding.

This Walmart is ok until you have to deal with customer service. Their response to complains is to put you on hold forever. I'm not lying, I was trying to return an item and they said "please hold". After 30 mins of being on hold I gave them a call back figuring that they might have forgotten to transfer me but to my surprise I was met with another 40 min wait. Needless to say I'm not ever going to deal with this Walmart again

They always have what I need so great on that front but don't bother calling to ask anything. Hung up on multiple times even after talking to someone saying they would help, transferred to completely different departments overall not great in terms of phone calls for questions

It's actually a really good Walmart. They are always stocked for what I'm looking for anyways.. I can't speak for everyone I guess. Staff is mostly friendly only ran in to one person that was huffin and puffin because I asked if they had more of a product in the back. But I won't judge the whole place because of one bad seed. Everything else is good!

The Sanford Walmart is our go to store. This time, I needed some things to be done in the Photoshop. Sean was there to help me from the beginning of my project through the finishing of the pictures. He was amazing.

This place is always overcrowded and the checkout lines for the register are never enough to keep up with all the customers. It's ridiculous to wait 30 minutes just to purchase one item. One time I was at the self checkout lane and one of the employees accused me of stealing baby formula! In fact, it was a cooler bag with breastmilk in case my baby got hungry! She was an older white lady and saw some minority customers to pick on. Ridiculous!

The only reason this place got 1 star from me is because it's the lowest you can go to leave a review. This store refuses to return or even exchange an item with a receipt because they love to scam you. Not to mention that I'm tired of being treated like a criminal every time I attempt to shop here. I spend a minimum of $100 per week in this store and yet every week they stop me on my way out the door asking me for my receipt. After I show my receipt they still have the nerve to scan my receipt and my items. Everyone needs to just start shopping at the Target up the street and put these scammers out of business. I'm so over walmart and their shady business practices!!!!!!!!

This is mostly a review for the Auto Care Center. Last night, my band had two of our van tires slashed by an individual who had a problem with us asking people not to smoke while we played (we do this around the world when needed, never had a problem, let alone someone intentionally blow smoke in our singer's face). I had our Sprinter towed to this giant Walmart, and waited until the Auto Care Center opened at 8a. The gentlemen that helped me were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. It was much needed after a long overnight ordeal involving police, tow trucks, and wasted bar patrons. We were about to drive to Ohio when this ordeal occurred, and thanks to the professionalism of Mickey and Les, we will be able to make our show on Monday in Cincinnati! This is, by far, the most amount of time I've ever spent at a Walmart, and I may have to give the Walmart grocery department a shot once I'm back home in California - the produce department looked fantastic.

I was skeptical because of the numerous one star reviews of this photo center but it was actually a pleasure. Erick and Martha are absolutely delightful. Photos were quick!
