The service here is beyond bad. The Indian teller lied to my face. She had the audacity of telling to use the atm to deposit my check when I told her I needed it cashed specifically. She turned around starting clicking back and forth on a screen that could clearly see was not anything significant and then proceeds to tell me the system requests a verification and that they need to call the employer. The company is mine and I hold checking accounts for business and personal at Wells Fargo. She just didn’t feel like doing her job. I will be back and I will get her name because she covered her name tag. And I will report her. The lake Mary branch did it with no questions asked and no hassles

Horrible employees. Because of them, in-person banking is becoming increasingly difficult. Without an appointment, they won’t even listen to you. Even with an appointment, they’ll send you away if you’re a few minutes late within your appointment window. Their job should be to provide service to customers, but instead, by sending a customer home, I don’t understand what they think they’ve achieved. Time to move away from this so-called 'large bank'!

Very poor customer service of the branch on 17-92 in Sanford. The address is 3603 S Orlando Avenue in Sanford Florida. Avoid that branch if you value your time.

Horrible customer service! After parking and attempting to enter the lobby, I learned the lobby closed at 4pm. So I returned to my car and waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, only to be told that I entered the line at 5:01 and they were closed. Plus they charge a fee when getting coins… None of our other banks charge a coin fee.

Let me tell you Sanford is blessed to have Summer Mickens personal banker at Wells Fargo! She goes above and beyond what you would expect. I don't know how I would have done without her! She is the kind of person we all are lucky to know and be served by! God bless her!! She is a wonderful person and a exemplary banker!!

Updated review: 11/8. Since Nancy is not a banker anymore, and can only work behind the teller line, you have to see only 1 banker as the manger is absolutely useless. Always out of the office or on personal calls with his side business. Then when you get the pleasure of seeing John Carlos who has always been very condescending and just not very customer service friendly, I avoid him typically as I only need him for notary services. He seems mad he has to be the branch notary. The first and only time I had to sit down with him was today as Nancy can’t assist. Dumbest move this region made. I had to use Google Translator!!!! If you don’t speak Spanish, which is totally fine, just make sure your translation app is on!!!The Lake Mary branch manager as well you have to use Google translator. He seems to have very limited understanding as well.It’s great offering Spanish speaking employees to service customers for sure; but shouldn’t they understand the basic language without me using Google translate?This whole bank WELLS FARGO IS TRASH. I also can’t seem to have the WF Brokerage side to understand how to add me as a POA to an account holder. That’s been an ongoing issue for 3 months now. I am in the process of closing all accounts; and my clients accounts as well. My clients who can’t physically come to the bank deserve quality service. My time is extremely valuable and being in a branch for an hour today not getting anything accomplished is ridiculous.Ironically, a customer before me stormed out as well as he was furious that there were only one banker, JC, whom he didn’t want to deal with. A missing in action like always branch manager and no one else on the platform.Old review. Nancy is the very best banker! She is my go to person for everything. I swear without her, the place would fall apart as she seems to be one of the only bankers who truly knows how to get things done! She is a true asset!!
