Went here for a private yoga class as part of a bachelorette and cannot recommend Shannon enough! She has us all in (happy) tears and was so lovely and welcoming. Best yoga class I've ever taken, and so much thought and care was put into our class!

I throughly enjoyed Lesa’s yoga class. Very relaxing and great for all skill levels!

Yook a couple class during spring break. Instructor was very knowledgable and helpful, offered alternative poses and options for different levels. Class size was small, studio was clesn. Only problem was a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Sounded like a bowling alley, I'm hoping it's not always like that.
