Pace McDonald was an awful buyers agent for my wife and I. He failed to disclose our property was in a flood zone and he sent us the sellers disclosure 19 hours before we closed which detailed the home we were about to close on had a leaky roof/ceiling . I would not recommend.

I would highly recommend 30-A realty. Jacob Watkins is hands down the best there is. He goes above and beyond for his clients. If you are looking for a realtor he is top notch and 30-A realty is the only realty company you should consider.

Cheryl English Mease is a first class realtor! She is very professional and knowledgeable of the beach areas. She displays great effort in trying to meet the needs and interests of potential buyers. You are left with the feeling that Cheryl wants to deliver what you want --not just to make a sell. Clients will find Cheryl to be patient, not aggressive in her interactions with clients, and friendly.

Wesley Van Eaton is a dirty realtor. He ignored the rules and accepted an offer for a house without ending the first offer received. This isn't the first time he's done this and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

These popsicles are delicious! We particularly liked the watermelon flavor. I was reluctant at first but I tasted my daughter' based on the employee's recommendation and loved it! Usually watermelon things barely have much flavor but this think was packed with it! We look forward to going back on our next trip and wish we would have gone there before our last day there!
