Attempted to fuel up at two different pumps and both were a fail. And I only had 12 miles to empty. Info out of my way to choose CEFCO for easy pumping, good lighting, robust inventory in the stores, drink deals and clean bathrooms. Yet, the first pump ate my credit card. The attendant never responded to the call attendant button. Then I attempted another pump on a different row and it also never made it to the authorization page, but kept asking me for a loyalty ID no matter how frequently I hit cancel.
All in all, use CEFCO for the inside. Skip on using them for fuel.

Lost my grandmother a week ago after just being at Cefco for a week. I have never received so much love and support at Amy job than I have with this store. Thank you everyone!

Y'all need to give Debra a raise. She is always so friendly and professional. She saw me from across the store today, confused because the coffee wasn't marked right. She figured it out and got me squared away quick. Thanks Ms. Debra. 4 stars because the card readers on the pumps always want to act up. Debra is 5*+

They’re always so fast in CEFCOs. On the one hand I hate to see that the cashiers often run two registers at once (they shouldn’t be put in that position), but on the other hand I’m always impressed by their accuracy, efficiency and vibes.

This my local gas station. The store and bathrooms are always clean and the shelves are always stocked, BUT the employees are my favorite part! They have become part of my morning routine and always greet me by my name and with a smile. They have become part of my morning routine 😅 The employees also manage the rush better at this store than anywhere else, keeping all registers going to avoid lines building up. You will always be in and out, quickly… no matter how busy it is!

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness and generosity shown by Ethan, a cashier at Cefco. I came in with only $6, thinking I had enough, but was short on cash. Ethan saw my situation and went above and beyond by covering the difference out of his own pocket. His kindness allowed me to buy lunch and a drink for my wife, who works tirelessly at the hospital.
Ethan’s generosity made a significant difference in my day, and it’s clear that Cefco has an employee who truly cares about customers. In a world where we often overlook small acts of kindness, Ethan’s gesture reminded me of the good in people. I am deeply grateful for Ethan and believe Cefco is fortunate to have such a compassionate, dedicated team member. Thank you for employing someone who goes the extra mile—Ethan made a big difference, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Coffee at this station is like water wasted money spent. Employees stated they were ordered to cut down on grounds, as a result coffee is just barely flavored water. Do your self a good dead and just pass up CEFCO. They cut down on quantity to make money and screw the customer on quantity as Coffee used to be great at this location.

I frequent this CEFCO often and I just had to leave a review! The employees are always friendly, the store is always clean with quick and painless service. Definitely the BEST convenience stores in the area!

The store itself is great - great selection of products and 95% of the employees are super friendly. This 3 star review is mainly for the management of this location...they run out of fountain Diet Coke weekly and I have put in a request 5 or 6 times with the store for whomever does the ordering to order more upfront (they are currently out and have been since yesterday - won't have any until Sunday according to them). Next, pls train your employees on how to properly redeem gas rewards when using the app- it's more than "Just put in ur phone number"! It is my understanding that you "Redeem" them in the app, then pay, pump ur gas and go back inside with the receipt to get ur money back - the cashier this morning (3/8/24) had no idea what I was talking about! I redeemed gas rewards today and never got them because the cashier thought it should have happened automatically when I put my phone number in Lastly, the air machine has not been working properly for at least 3 months- I have asked store employees about it and they say attempts to change parts have been made, but it isn't actually fixing the problem...the employees confirm they are aware it isn't working properly.Thanks for ur consideration in fixing these issues :)
