They forgot to give me one of my bags with about $20 worth of items in it. I'm 15 minutes away and I tried to call for 2 days and no answer, it just rings. Unacceptable!

I appreciate how they had Pokemon cards here, cuz finding Pokemon cards in dollar stores isn't exactly common. It was really tidy as well. Idk why there are so many bad reviews.

I bought emergenC and it was open took it right back in they wouldn't return it! Tried to show them my receipt on my bank card and they wouldn't take it. As if they don't rip people off enough that they are going to rip me off $14 for a bottle of medicine I already paid for... when I'm sick 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I will never shop in the store again I am a regular I spend a lot of money here I'll go to Walmart from here on out!!!! At least they would exchange for what I bought!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Worst customer service! This store hasn't been stocked since I moved here 5 years ago. It stays open by default. So much potential for more profits, but ownership must not care.

False Advertising Alert…Another example of poor management, as Dollar General sayst hey are a FEDEX drop location for packages. When you arrive they are sure to state that FEDEX limits them to a 5 x 8 foot shelf. If it is full or your package does not fit. You are out of luck and they will not take your package..A bit of false advertising on Dollar General's and FEDEX’s part. Then the manager and assistant manager are like robots and state it is a FEDEX policy. Huh? I thought you worked for Dollar General, perhaps you need to change that policy or cancel FEDEX’s contract with Dollar General. As it is a direct reflection on Dollar GeneralIf I were Dollar General I would not associate with FEDEX as it gives Dollar General a bad name, and I feel sorry for the employees who need to deal with clients who expect to drop off FEDEX packages and find out they are not allowed.Best wishes as they continue to embrace poor leadership.

I was at SRB location,very rarely I used the self scanner to purchase my items,right away my first few items were scanning much higher than the listed price. I asked the manager for help his reply was 'I gotta go home',sure I was perturbed,one thing led to another the older manager started hollering at me to leave or she'll contact law enforcement of which I found out the next day not to return to that location or I could be arrested for trespassing. Well needless to say they refused to hear my side and exaggerated of what happened. Anyways rest assured I don't intend to shop there again,wouldn't want Karen to throw a tantrum!

Usually I love the dollar store in Santa Rosa because the short YOUNG guy ( my family calls him batman lol ) is always sweet and will stop everything he is doing to help you is working but tonight we just were checking out and the short old guy with the ponytail and beard was checking us out and was completely rude from the jump and I confronted him about it and he was very disrespectful and didn't care about how he was treating us so I won't be shopping there when he is at the counter!! He should be fired!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady working this morning named patty was very impatient and rude to me. She kept tapping her fake nails on the counter. It's obvious she doesn't like her job.

You need to watch the advertised price and compare what you are charged. I have used this store 5 times in a month and each time was charged 10% more than advertised. I said something to the cashier and he said that was the way it was. I THINK THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING.If I go in again it will be turned in to authorities!!!

I wished I could leave 0 stars. I was shocked that when I went to the hair ale and there were ABSOLUTELY NO African American products as far as no lye relaxers, hair grease, hair oils or anything like that!!! But yet you see hair dyes and all types of caucasian products!!!! I asked A employee that day where are they and he said Oh what all you see is right there we will probably order them in A couple days and chuckled as he walked off!!! Also another about him saying that is I could not even be from the area for him to say that or even plan on returning for all that matter. I asked 2 woman in the store that day that I was shocked they didn’t have any products like that who were from the area and I was shocked when they told me that whole area stopped carrying beauty products for African American people as far as the products I listed above and that’s upsetting. Those 2 woman recommended I go to Walmart!!! This is the first Dollar general I have been to that didn’t have those types of products!!!! Considering I’m not from Florida!!!! I Hope corporate makes some changes to accommodate people of ALL RACES!!!! IT’S SAD!!!!!
