This is a very nice development and close to the beach. Pool area is plenty big, however the jacuzzi is too small and is mostly occupied by kids. The bathrooms are spacious and offer showers (though getting retiled now). Community BBQ is nice too.

TBH my experience here was great..... I liked water colors better but when I saw there pool and hot tub I was like this is so cute......also it feels like home very quite almost like a gated community def love this spot tho,yall will see me this thanksgiving.

Stayed at an AIRBNB here and it was perfect! Fun pool time, close to the beach with the golf cart. We LOVED it and will definitely come again!!
