Overcharged me and said that, I should have assumed the services NOT mentioned b4 hand (they did 2 diagnostic hourly rate without consent.... and then still couldn't find anything wrong yet got charged $300 for diagnosing NOTHING!!)

I have a unique imported truck. Called a few days ahead and asked if they were familiar with it. They said they were. I was told that I could get a diagnostic on it as well! Was told to drop it off and it would get worked on throughout the day. Dropped off the truck Thursday and heard nothing. All good business can get busy. Friday comes and I get a call asking what I want done. They then asked me for a parts list. This made me realize that they are not familiar with my car at all. After hearing nothing else Friday I called Monday at 1. They said that they haven’t touch it yet. I was a little upset so I just went to get my truck and take my business elsewhere. When I got to my truck the doors were unlocked and cracked open for I’m guessing 5 days, and the e-brake wasn’t up in a manual transmission car. Super glad they never touched my vehicle. Seems they can’t even treat a car in their custody properly.

Dishonest company. Charged me for services they did not perform. I verified that thru another BMW certified mechanic. They also damaged my air condition condenser while in their care which I had to replace. I have emailed them and I have called them on numerous occasions to resolve these issues with no response. BEWARE!!!

I got a flat tire the day before I had to drive the car to the airport. What made it worse was that I didn't have an appointment. Thankfully, Mohrs Automotive were incredibly friendly and professional. They were able to fix my tire quickly and efficiently - I was in and out within 30 minutes.It seems like a really well run family business. I highly recommend Mohr’s Auto. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Rick, the Manager is great! Took my Jeep to a certain Destin "Jeep Place" and they charged me a ton and did everything wrong. My front bumper had bolts falling out of it. Mohrs fixed the issue the right way and they were very easy to deal with. I'm grateful.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The most expensive oil change in 52 yrs of driving $115. Had the same service at home for $43 and $50. In fact at home they were more extensive. Shame on me for not asking upfront. I will never use them again nor my friends who recommended them. Even car dealers don't charge this much.Service: Oil change

I brought my Toyota Tacoma to get a oil change and a tire rotation they charged me $267. It doesn’t cost nowhere near Half of that for materials. Found oil filter online for $10 and the most expensive was like $20. I’d be willing to pay $30 just for mark up purposes but $76 is kinda ridiculous i think. The tire rotation is $60. I know people who have diesels that say it cheaper than that to do a tire rotation and lube and filter. This place mark up is way to high and just a rip off. I absolutely will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Do not take your vehicle here.

Took my car in and was told I needed tires, brakes, rotors, alignment and brake sensor, about $1500 worth of work done. Needed new tires of which the ones on my car are fine, told me my alignment was bad bc one tire was worn more than the other, not knowing I had a screw in one that wasn’t repairable and had to buy a new tire. I paid $70 for a detailed inspection, and when I decided to go elsewhere, they wouldn’t give me the detailed inspection I asked for, so I walked away with a receipt and no print out of what I was quoted. Complete joke! Don’t trust people that can’t show you what each thing costs! Took my car to dealer and was told I only needed front brake pads and brake sensor! Wayyyy cheaper than this place and that’s just sad!Service: Vehicle Inspection
