walked in and couldn’t find what i needed so i waited to speak to an employee while they stood there ignoring me and talked amongst themselves until i finally butted into their conversation.. store was cute, but customer service was a 0/10 and definitely disappointed considering this was my first time at this location.. do better.

I used to shop here regularly, but I recently had a disappointing experience. I came in to return a new, unworn item with the tags still on, but it was just past the 30-day return window. Online customer service mentioned that returns past 30 days are at the store’s discretion — unfortunately, this location chose not to accept the return. It’s frustrating to see such inflexibility, especially as a loyal customer.

I have been a long lasting lulu lover for years although I normally dread shopping in store as the employees are usually snooty. This location blew me away!! Every single employee was so kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Made my experience an extra treat. Thank you ladies!

I love Lululemon, and I go to every store where I’m visiting! This store was amazing as all of them that I’ve visited here in Florida. Thanks Lululemon for such outstanding clothing and the amazing company!! I wished I could own one!!!

Love this Lululemon. I love that the building goes with the Santa Rosa beach vibe. Wish they had things with (30A, Seaside, or Santa Rosa) for a better gift or souvenir

Had my first Lulu experience yesterday and can't imagine it could have been better. From the warm greeting as we entered the entire team was like a group of old friends helping us pick out the best items. We ended up with some great pieces left knowing we would be back. Thank you Emma, Caitlin, Cynthia, Kylie, Sara, Katie, Gayelle and everyone else!!
