About Point Washington Preserve
Point Washington Preserve is South Walton's newest wedding and event venue. It has a 5,000 Square Foot Pavilion on 10 acres of land and is surrounded by 500 acres of beautiful State Forest. The pavilion can hold up to 350 seated guests and offers plenty of parking. Booking includes an overnight rental of a 675 Square Foot, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Florida Cottage. Because the location is private, there is no noise ordinance, giving a secluded, freedom-infused vibe. The stunning, woodsy landscape provides poetic, rustic vibes and is unique and versatile for any special event. The venue has a great kitchen, plenty of space, and lights in the fountain and pond create incredible ambiance at dusk and nighttime. A natural, remote trail offers a level terrain, though some tracks have deep tire ruts filled with water, which can be a challenge for the less nimble.
Love this venue!!! It’s beautiful and accommodating and the most lovely weddings happen here!! Great kitchen, plenty of parking and the pavilion has so much space. I’m a big fan!

Amazing venue with incredible ambiance at dusk and nighttime. Surround by a beautiful forests, I love the lights in the fountain and pond and fence-line as you drive up. Perfect space for large events!
