I'm not sure If anyone has had this issue but this is just to be informative so this doesn't happen to anyone as it did me. I was gonna deposit cash in the atm bc the bank wasn't open and I was on my break from work. Well the atm ate my 260 bucks I was depositing, spit back out 1 -20 dollar bill folded in half and said transaction canceled. No receipt or anything. I waited for bank staff my to find out the atm is not accessible by them and an outside maintenance Technician will be in on Thursday, this was Monday. I was sure it would have been handled before Thanksgiving but as of now yet to hear back from bank . Was even told when I called on Wed I would hear back by days end. I been with this bank for 3 to 4 years and I'm glad I don't have my entire paycheck deposited bc this would have ruined my holidays for sure!?

Regions Seagrove is very easy to bank with. Tellers are both courteous and friendly, to both people and pets. I recommend Regions for a banking relationship.

First of all don't even come here if you're trying to open up a new account and when you're an existing customer. Mathew Jones should be terminated or moved to the back to count pennies. You now need two forms of identification a driver's license is not sufficient. Even if you have multiple accounts with Regions Bank. Such a shame to lose a customer that's been with you for 25 years I will make sure I move and close out all my other accounts all because of this horrible employee.

The staff are pleasant and the location is convenient. I’d give staff five stars. But they appear under staffed. Last week I waited 10 minutes to get waited on in the drive through. When I drove up there was only one vehicle being serviced. As I waited eventually five other cars waited and it was about 2:30 pm. Once I got waited on it only took less than 1 minute to process my deposit. At the credit union where I banked for 30 years I get immediate service at the drive through.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever used. Since opening up a credit card with them I’ve had nothing but problems and they have given me no help. I literally was charged a late fee because they couldn’t process my bill payment because of a holiday. Totally their fault, they took no responsibility and made me pay it anyway. Now my card is being declined everywhere and they’ve told me twice now that they refuse to do anything because “everything looks fine on my screen. Go try to use your card again.” Do not bank with these incompetent fools.
