We had such a great experience at this Truist bank location! I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Darin if you are in need of small business banking. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient with solving some issues we were having with our business and personal accounts. I feel confident if any issues arise in the future, he will help us out.

I showed up in time to get a Truist generated check processed to close out a loan and the lady told me she had this stack of work she had to do instead of the customer directly in front of her. I am married to a BBT and Truist ex employee who was home on Fridays in Atlanta 1-2 hours late (after they close at 6 not 5!) due to getting the work completed that came in. So for an employee to tell me I have to schedule an appointment because they do not feel they can get this done before 5 PM is poor customer service.No wonder branches are dropping like flies. I will drive 20 miles to get my work done rather than step into this branch. #shoppingForANewBank

I had a terrible experience at this branch. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, especially the branch manager. I was seated in their waiting area for almost 2 hours unable to get any assistance to deal with the fraudulent activity on my account.

Would give 10 stars if possible. I love this SunTrust branch (since 2010) because of the people, namely the manager Christine. I have worked with Christine and Tonya and they are truly customer focused. Highly recommend working with this branch.

Once again, Suntrust proves that they are the worst place to bank. Absolutely unhelpful with the most ridiculous set of rules I’ve ever experienced. Though I hold an account here they refused to cash my paycheck today. I am very much looking forward to closing my account as early as possible next week.

I recently relocated to Santa Rosa Beach. As a Suntrust customer I visited the Watercolor branch to make some changes to my account. Tonya Holder was very professional and helpful in assisting me in my decision. She also provided me access to Bart Davis, a Suntrust investment adviser who was also very helpful in making some longer term decisions. I couldn't be happier with the service at this branch from Tonya and Bart!!

Please beware. Suntrust is the worst bank of my 3 financial institutions that I deal with. The issues range from credit card issues (blocks charges, and you have to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes to have them unblock it), the lowest rates on interest are paid on their money markets, and checking accounts, and equity lines that are not comparable to other local banks. It is a lot of Inconvenience to transfer all my counts, but I have to for the best service and rates for my money.
