Tom Thumb is a business that has received mixed reviews. While one employee was praised for their exceptional customer service and attentive approach, the overall condition of the establishment has been described as run-down, with issues like malfunctioning gas pumps and uneven pavement. However, the location has since been taken over by Cumberland, and the new management has made some improvements. The store is now cleaner, fully stocked, and has more staff on hand, making the overall experience more comfortable and convenient for customers. The restrooms are also noted to be consistently clean, and the parking lot is well-lit, contributing to a sense of safety, especially for late-night visits. Despite the previous challenges, the Cumberland-operated Tom Thumb location is now recommended for quick snacks, cold drinks, and restroom breaks, particularly for its convenient proximity to the beach.
This store has a really nice staff, and cleanest bathroomsl on the beach

Great coffee! Friendly staff and the gas prices are 20 cents less than the 76 Big Boss just up the road on Ponce de Leon.

This place is getting run down. Two gas pumps inform you that the keypad doesn't work. And the pavement drops off if you're not careful. Can't see this over your hood leaving the pumps.
Please fix these things. Tom Thumb used to be great.
