Cody, the print manage, at this store went above and beyond to finish a job printing a 4x4 sign. What made his effort exceptional is the person who ordered the sign changed the quantity to two signs 30 minutes before closing. Cody met the challenge and got it done….EXCEPTIONAL!

I went into 174 Watercolor Way Suite 103 Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. The staff that were there assisted me and were super super friendly helpful. The store was spotless. I entered the Seaside store with a difficult, heavy load of composite cladding and decking samples. (Loose and a bit sawdusty) The ENTIRE TEAM immediately welcomed me with smiles and helped me pack all of the heavy, loose pieces into 4 different boxes. In fact, they did it ALL. Honestly, I’ve never had such good, smiling, helpful service at a freight company before. Well, it’s been a few days and everything arrived back to my home in MI in perfect order. I use this store all the time. The customer service is outstanding. I print regularly with Cody and he is so great to work with. The turnaround time is always quick and if he ever has any questions he reaches out to make sure he knows exactly how I want things to look.

This UPS staff is amazing! I’ve been continuously ordering print for my company here for 4 years and they are always speedy on the turnaround and very pleasant to speak with. Cody in the print department is so professional and turns all our print work into what we imagined!
