I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone at this bank and no one picks up. I am simply trying to notarize a document. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Called in and made an appointment a week ago. Show up and they don’t have it. Manager will not come out after 20 minutes to look it up. I just hear him in the back say “if he doesn’t have a confirmation then to bad” unbelievable!!
