The long-term storage is dry and secure. Make sure, however, that you make an appointment to access your vault. Unlike some other storage facilities, where you have easy access to your belongings, D&V needs a forklift operator to shift around the vaults and lower them to the ground.
Coming in the morning is best. Give everyone enough time to shift around the vaults to get to yours. They may need as much as one to two hours.
The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
I was hired as a mover for this company. When I and the other workers arrived, we were berated by the customer because the company had rescheduled multiple times and were over a week behind schedule. When we opened the trailer doors, it became apparent that the wrong trailer was delivered. What was supposed to be delivered was half a semi trailer but it was two separate loads put onto one trailer. Eventually, the customers agreed to have a portion of their move delivered to the wrong place. As a worker, we asked if we would be paid an additional amount to compensate for the extra half trailer, it was agreed we would be paid extra.
When we hit the agreed upon time limit, the workers called to confirm they would be paid for extra work. After about an hour or so of arguing with the business, the police were called on the workers and I'm not sure if the customers had their move completed before the rain started. BUYER BEWARE!

Starting with the estimator, John Savage, I had a very good experience with this company and would give them Nothing but high marks. There was a four person team assigned to my move. They were wonderful. Very professional. they worked really well together and were very efficient. I was very pleased with the care they took to make sure none of my things got damaged in anyway. Moving is never fun, but they all helped in anyway they could to make this experience as good as it could be.

In general moving is one of the most stressful experiences ever. Daniel, John, and Casey provided outstanding customer service and were an absolute pleasure to have pack up and move my son’s belongings. They were polite and meticulous with all of my son’s furniture and belongings. I can’t say enough good things about this team and I’m so grateful that I found Davi & Valenti Movers! This was my first ever experience with a stress-free move.

Everything was perfect with this mover. First, he was patient with my ever-changing move schedule due to delays in the new construction. When time came for the move, his crew was hard-working, respectful, easy to deal with and willing to do whatever was needed. Everything was wrapped thoroughly and carefully, and reassembled as needed in my new home They even took away all the boxes and moving trash I had emptied when they finished.

We have had the help of Davi & Valenti Movers several times in the past few years for both long distance and local moves. The most recent involved consolidation of items in a storage locker and moving some of them to our home. The movers were punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. The move went rapidly and smoothly. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend Davi & Valenti without reservation.

4 men were on time, worked very hard to package everything properly as well as move furniture. They promptly delivered the items. There were no problems, no breakage and reassembled the various furniture pieces without problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Recently I had Davi and Valenti Movers in Sarasota, FL pack my household goods for a move to Michigan. I have moved several times with different companies but these guys are first class! From the moment John Savage gave me a quote to the day the truck left my driveway, they were right on top of the entire process. I was so impressed with the way they covered my furniture and handled my glass and pictures with such care. They treated everything as if it was their own merchandise! The team was friendly and courteous and extremely well organized. This is the best company I have ever used. I highly recommend them.

This is by far the BEST moving company I have ever used!!! I have moved all over the USA and internationally. John Savage is amazing at managing/owning this company. On time, professional, great clean-up and exceptional attitudes of all the guys. ONLY moving company I would use, and I am very picky!!
