I would not hire this company to move your family. They “misplaced” a kitchen table during a move for my in-laws and delivered the glass top alone. Efforts to contact the company have been “oh yeah we have it” and it never shows up. Any professionally managed company has insurance to cover events such as these.

They kept my mothers special edition car for 3wks smelled like smoke. Some stuff she had packed was unpacked and brokeComputer been tempered with. Sensors now as if it had been raced mileage showed more until it went blank and different mileage showedHaving a car computer tech look atIn 7 yrs never gave any trouble now throwing all kinds of codesI wouldn’t use them to transport my sons tricycleWas able to get in storage they took all the prescriptions and damage all the furniture

There is literally no reason to shop elsewhere.John gave me a quote that didn't change. Nancy in the office follows through with confirmations. Very pleasant to talk to.I got the Hudson crew led by Raymond they went above and beyond the call of duty. Nothing was damaged and these people not only showed professionalism but humanity as well. Thank You. I will be calling this company again or referring them.

JOHN SAVAGE the owner/ salesman, if he rings your doorbell, DO NOT ANSWER! Save yourself many headaches. He is a professional salesman who will do what is necessary to make the sale. Afterwards, if you have a question or problem, he will not return your phone call, text or email. Please do not use Davi and Valenti for any move with John Savage as your salesman.

I just got done today with these guys and moved into my new home. Raymond and his team showed up with great attitudes and I watched how each piece was wrapped. At the end they asked if there was anything else they could do. I had someone else come quote the job and after reading the reviews and speaking with John who sold me the job, I was much more at ease at eases with them.. It cost exactly what I was quoted. Thanks John and Raymond and all the guys. I almost forgot Nancy who calls through out the job to see how I was feeling about it. I would use them again without question.

Great move ... thanks John .. I was reluctant after reading a couple of things on this site .. but after meeting John and his team ... well I was sold .. not everything was perfect but hey what the heck is .. great people , great job ... mom is 79 and happy with the job !! What more can I say !

From start to finish, my experience with Davi and Valenti Movers was exceptional, as outlined here:*responsiveness: immediate (no voicemail)*honesty and integrity drives the whole operation!*professionalism: outstanding at every level*value: reasonable, with no minimum price (and I was below the estimate in the end)*The Crew: pleasant, capable, hard-working, careful and thorough, enjoyed their work and each other!*Thank you to the crew-leader Tim for taking extra time to repair my loose shelf and my storm door, and for assembling and fixing some things that were not part of the move.Thank you to Jacob, Mason and Eric for moving a huge boulder in my new yard and for taking some heavy furniture left by the previous owner.These guys were awesome and went the extra mile to make my move so much less stressful!

This as our second move with Davi &Valenti and the quality of service keeps getting better, if that’s possible. William,Tim and Albert were efficient and very careful with our belongings as well as our homes.I recommend Davi &. Valenti for all your moving and storage needs.Thanks again John for all you do to make what is usually a stressful time, a pleasant experience.

Warning! Do not waste your money on this company. My mother and I wanted a long distance move from Florida to Michigan. John Savage, the owner, gave us an estimate that was in line with other movers. However, he also gave us a song and dance about needing to know right away whether we were going to use his company otherwise the roads were being shut down for freight and we would not be able to get our belongings out until sometime in August. In retrospect, this was probably a lie. In addition, we were given a binding estimate. I emailed and added a few items which we were then given another binding estimate for. My mother made the mistake of adding a chair and a dresser, so I did not take one of my couches stupidly thinking it would balance out. I was told that because of the switch our load was 4,000 pounds over. We were obviously given an incorrect estimate to start with. However, John at no time admitted that he might have made a mistake. Instead he pointed the finger at my 78-year-old mother and kept blaming her because she added stuff. Extremely poor customer service.Furthermore, he knew on Tuesday, we were supposed to be loaded on Thursday and didn't get loaded untill Friday, that all of our belongings were not going to fit on one truck because the person before us was over on their load. The truck driver let him and the dispatcher know and asked them if they still wanted him to take our load even though it would not fit and have to be split into two shipments. They told him to take the load. We did not know until the truck driver came to get the second load which was my house that our load was going to be split into two. There was absolutely no communication on John's part.The truck driver was on with his dispatcher telling them that we needed to get a truck out because we were already a day late. I had calls and emails into John, customer service, and the move manager. The only person who would talk to me or answer their phone was customer service. When John finally did call he was yelling at me on the phone and telling me it was all my mother's fault that we had to have two loads. He even went so far as to tell me that he needed to have men with trucks not boys with wagons to load our stuff. He was very unprofessional, uncaring, and horrible at customer service. Our move date was July 15th. It is now August third and I was told yesterday that the rest of my belongings MAY be coming in August 11th. Oh, and I also had to find somebody to unload the semi when it got to Michigan. The driver was the only one who was unloading. The owner, john, is the one who should have set that up. It's ridiculous when the customer has to do their work.That's not all of the problems that we encountered, but those are the highlights with this company. Their parent company Wheaton Van lines was no help and resolving any of these problems either. I also suggest you stay away from them unless you want them to stick their lawyer on you.

I've moved many times. This was by FAR the worst experience ever. I paid extra for special packaging of my glassware, glass tables and tvs. They broke one TV and refuse to accept the claim for full replacement costs. I paid for full replacement and didn't appreciate first that they tried to ignore the claim and then later they wanted to haggle over the amount. I paid $899 for the TV 2 years before. I found a similar TV for $598 and would have accepted that. They offered me $200 as long as they didn't have to admit fault. Unbelievable.So if you do mind guys taking several long breaks, not packaging valuables correctly and doing some illegal activity on their numerous breaks then do DO NOT hire them.
