overpriced, horrible customer service by drop off agent, hidden fees via Priceline for airport pickup, car was filthy and in horrible shape. Absolutely, do not recommend.

Somebody left one of their rental cars at my business for 4 days with the windows down and the keys in it. I called them to save them a tow charge and when I finally got a real person they barely spoke English and then disconnected me. I called back only to be on hold for another 40 minutes. What a joke!

Reservation made and airport shuttle not running so could not pick up vehicle then unable to get in touch with anyone to get our car the next day. this was a prepaid week rental and no money back and no car!!!! Not Happy :( There is no option for NO STARS
