Always professional and courteous. Facility is undergoing a major remodeling, despite the constuction they somehow manage to keep facility looking clean. Employees are well trained and knowledgeable.

I feel better each time after donating blood; lucky to be healthy and with a blood type only 15 percent of population possesses. Sorry. I couldn't give blood because my hemoglobin reading was too low.I'll try again in about 2 weeks. Eat more beef.
