Every time I come to VS I immediately look for Paula. She is always so helpful and friendly. She fitted me and always helps me pick out what I’m looking for and need. 10/10 experience with Paula.

Check all your items before you leave the store--they left censors on ALL my items and I had to drive two hours to the store & back to get them removed. I could understand missing one censor but missing censors on every single item I purchased is exceptionally poor service.

Was sent a coupon code by VS which would not work. The manager was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending to me in front of a store full of people. Thanks for making me feel like a second class citizen. Many other store to shop at that actual treat you well.
