“I initially wasn’t completely satisfied with the detail service on my vehicle, but I want to give credit where it’s due. After I reached out and explained my concerns, they had me bring the car back and re-detailed it at no additional charge since I had already paid for the service. The second time around, they did a much better job and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate that they stood behind their work, listened to customer feedback, and were willing to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about how a business responds, and they handled the situation professionally. Thank you for taking the time to correct the issue and ensure I left satisfied.”

“Whoever is leaving these bad reviews must have not graduated kindergarten. These guys work hard, period. They may have an edge to them but that adds to the personality of this place. It's called swag. If you are in need of swag, you should stop by. In my opinion they should make one of the reality TV shows about these guys. It was clean and everyone was very nice. It was super quick. I also felt like I was supporting a local business. I would definitely come back.”

“Good water pressure and lots of suds. The rinse setting could be a little cleaner (soap still shows in the stream from time to time), still one of the better manual/self wash spots in the area.”
