Not a big fan of the new menu. Service is always great here. Close to Patrick SFB. Plenty of big TV screens around the room. Plenty of seating inside and out. Very kid friendly.

After many orders, repeated visits, many good experiences and a bad experience or two, we’ve remained loyal customers for over two years. Tonight we received our third bad order in a row. First two times we chalked it up to a fluke as we understand everyone has a bad night. But tonight we placed an order for 5 different people for 79.34 after discount plus tip. After receiving the food and dividing it out, we realized we had only received 3 of the orders, missing a total of 24 wings. What we did receive was fuzed to the paper in the tray and basically inedible as the paper absorbed the sauce and stuck to every wing. This time we called back to inform the staff and let them know the issues we had. We were extremely respectful to the manager on duty, Joe. We expressed our concerns about the orders not being labeled, the paper infused wings, and the missing orders. He offered a 35dollar credit which was appreciated but did not even cover a fraction considering the little food we received and the fact that the rest was basically inedible. We then went on to politely explain our other issues we’ve experienced because we actually enjoy this place and just want the issues fix. In turn we received clearly aggravated and frustrated responses from Joe basically justifying everything they did. Telling us that we should request every box be labeled, which honestly should be standard practice. Just like they did with the one dessert we ordered, but not the other 4 boxes of wings with similarly colored red sauces. We also explained how on the last visit received not boneless wings, but cut up chicken tenders. This is something that needs to be communicated with the customer as we would have changed the order. This apparently was perfectly fine for Joe. Honestly the wings are only a small portion of why this review is being written. Our main issue is with the demeanor of the management. After expressing our concerns, we were told that the 35 dollar credit was the best they could do and we should be happy with that because the owner wouldn’t even give us 1 dollar. He was clearly not interested in hearing our concerns at all. It is apparent that customer concerns mean nothing to them, or at least to Joe. I hope the owner of this restaurant reads this. We truly want to continue to be customers here, but this experience really left a bitter taste in our mouth’s. Please do better.

I ordered through the app I went to go pick it up on the appointed time and the restaurant was closed. No notes no explanation yet they charged me for my purchase . I called my bank and they told me I have to wait until they respond of why they should return my money. I understand there might be multiple reasons for a business to close, but if you’re going to close shut down your computer system, so orders aren’t being taken and being charged without getting any food!

Blehhh. Bad service. Lackluster service staff. Discussed our poor service with waitress, fell on seemingly deaf ears.It was St Patrick's day. Food came out pretty good. Very busy, but yall don't need to be curt to customers.

Well, over the past year we've eaten there 4 times. The first 2 times I had the burgers. Tasteless meat. The 3rd time was.Bam Bam schrimp tacos. They were basically good. They came with nachos and salsa. The salsa tasted like a bean dip. The restaurant was maybe a 3rd filled. Took 45 mi utes to get food. Manager served our cake and ice cream with a fork. Ice cream, fork? Tonight, steak cuban sandwhich. Burnt bun on the inside. In all, lack of quality feom the kitchen and manager. This particular Beefs is loosing quality, long term!
