Such a terrible pharmacy. I know no one in the community that has had good experiences with this store. Zero customer service. Drive thru window constantly closed. Inside slow and employees talking and complaining instead of working. They send texts saying your Rx is ready only to drive up there and find out they don’t have it. I dread it every single time I have to go there because I know it’s going to be awful.

I rarely come on here to complain, but I cannot let this one go. Had to go to urgent care today and they called in a prescription to the pharmacy that I have used for years and years. CVS in Satellite Beach. Sent the notification on the app that I needed it asap. Went from urgent care straight to CVS. Arrived at 5:01 PM and they had just rolled the thing down and closed but we're still in there. I asked if I could get my prescription as I really needed it and they were so awful and lacked any regard to an individual who needed medication. The lady said "we are doing inventory and can't help". WHAATTT???? You are literally standing right there and you couldn't help me?! Why did you approve the prescription if you knew you were closing? Is this some sort of sick joke???? I asked how I can get it transferred and she turned her back on me (you can still see thru the screen they put down) and said something about a waiting bin (no idea what that means and she walked away and completely ignored me). Offered absolutely no help to even get a transfer. I will be removing every single prescription from there first thing in the morning. The lack of care or empathy is astounding! Will also be taking this all the way up to corporate. We are in shock how terrible these people were to us. It was a man and a woman. They have NO business being in the medical field when you have zero respect for your own customers. If you are that miserable, get out! I would never even trust these heartless people to fill a prescription moving forward as well. If you care about yourself and your family, do not use this place!!!

Always pleasant and smooth to pick up prescriptions. There are many bad reviews but maybe that was during Covid time. I have been using them for about two years now and I always find the staff personable and they work through the line as efficient as possible. No issues, easy and enjoyable. The store is clean and the front cashier is also personable

Probably one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had!Pharmacist completely disorganized and totally incompetent. Huge wait and no apology. Manager not any better. Amazing they are able to stay in business given such a level on underperformance. Walgreens, and even Walmart both superior to CVS.

UPDATE:Since Drive-In COVID testing is discontinued, the customer service is much better. Upgrading to 4 stars.~~~Lately this pharmacy has really devolved their customer service. The RPh’s are always professional and helpful but the staff is always running around flustered and they make frequent mistakes. Often, it has taken 24-48 hrs to get a script REfilled. Gone are the days of waiting 15-20 minutes for a refill. I have to call in a couple days in advance for new fills. Often, I’m on hold for over 15 mins and I get hung up on when they pick up the phone and reset my Hold time. I think the root of the issue is Corporate. They always want more with less. I don’t work there so I’m speculating about that. But I wouldn’t be surprised when I see 1 RPh and 1 tech running the pharmacy when it’s a work day at 5:30pm.

Store stays well stocked and clean. Folks who work here are friendly, also goes for the pharmacy section.I use their app to manage my prescriptions, it seems to work fine for that, haven't used it for anything else.The only problem I have, is the ridiculous wait time to pick up a prescription order. I've been receiving plenty of text advising me my prescriptions were ready. Upon arrival, there were two vehicles ahead of me, and here after half an hour I still sit in the drive-through line. Picking up an order it should only take a minute or two, longest process is to run my card. I know businesses get busy, but this time of year it is particularly less busy because the elderly snowbirds have gone back up north. I've watched some of the employees, and they move very slow like they are just learning? Either way, it's consistently a long wait to simply pick up an order that is already prepared, and there's hardly anyone in front of you. So if you're in the drive-through, hope that you will get Paula. She is super sweet and get you in and out much faster.

This was a friendly CVS. Friendly staff. Located in a great spot for a walker. Right across from the beach. Clean. It's a CVS most get it right. I'm a CVS fan.

Gm was very rude and nasty. Scanned the wrong item and he made me clock out and sit in the sun for 4-6 hours to wait on my crew to finish working.

Just waited in line an hour to pick up a Rx, which was a 30 second process. I understand that people dropping off their covid tests are going to take a bit longer (like 10-20 minutes per car today which seems a bit absurd), so why not utilize your second lane resource for customers who simply need to pick up a Rx? Absolutely horribly managed. I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I HATE this CVS! Actually I'm starting to realize how crappy CVS is compared to Walgreens for filling prescriptions. Not only do I have to wait on the phone forever to simply refill my prescriptions, but they are completely unorganized behind the counter. A few months ago I realized they refilled my prescription incorrectly. I didn't even know and had taken the medicine for a week. I dumped them all out to make sure and sure enough 5 of the pills were different! I looked these up online and found out they had given me an anti-seizure medication. Not sure if I had taken any since I had been taking them already for a week. I immediately called CVS only to be told that humans make mistakes! Nobody even asked if I had taken any or if I felt okay or had any allergies. I was then told by the pharmacy to immediately come in and drop off the mistaken pills. No way was I going to hand back any evidence I had! The next month I went to verify the pills at pick up only to be told that I cannot dump the pills out and look at them otherwise they wouldn't be able to take them back if they were wrong. So now, every time I pick up medicine I have to go in and have the nurse dump them out so I can see them to make sure nobody messed up again. Ridiculous! Thankfully no harmful effects so I don't think I actually took any of the wrong medicine. I'm just appalled at the lack of concern on their part. I will never ever trust them with my children's medications.

My dad has his prescriptions here and we have asked in person twice for them to transfer his scripts from another CVS to them and they keep saying they will do it and just don't. I just called the pharmacy to try and request it again but waited for 15 MINUTES on hold. I will take our business elsewhere...
