Mark answered the call! We were looking for something specific and he said that they sadly were out of stock. But a few minutes later, he called back with news that he found it, (had been moved) what a relief to find the stuff and not mess up our vacation. Mark took it upon himself to call us right back and even gave us directions. Very helpful man!

Arrived at the GNC last Friday morning, well before they were scheduled to open. Luckily the manager was there getting ready for her shift and kindly let me in. I needed a lot of help finding several products for my husband, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. Her customer service was top notch, which is very important to me, and something I am finding less and less of these days. I definitely recommend this location based off the high quality service, cleanliness, and how well stocked it was.

Worst customer service ever!! The older female worker was absolutely rude. We walked out after not being able to find what we needed in the direction she pointed and purchased what we needed off Amazon.

I think it's provably stupid to require a mask. If you're so afraid then YOU wear the mask. "Herd immunity" is another way to say that your want to force your views on others.

Went in for a bottle of TEST X-180 and got a free bottle of Swagger a couple days later in the mail. That's a killer deal if it works.

I needed a powder energy drink and Jennifer was very helpful. She showed me all over the store and finally I decided on some really great Alaninu pre work out powder, I'm standing next to her at the shelf and the product is $39 (which I think is expensive) but there is a tag that says "buy one, get one free". Whoo Hoo! I grab two and head to the resister where she proceeds to check me out, mentioning how I saved $20. I say "I thought it is buy one, get one free". She states that its "buy one, get one 1/2 off". I don't argue just paid the balance and checked the price on my way out. Sure enough the tag says "buy one, get one free". I show Jennifer and she removed 8 tags from the shelf in front of the product and genuinely apologizes. She then calls her manager to explain the scenario and the outcome was "sorry, no overrides allowed". No refund for the mislabeled product. I understand mistakes can happen and Jennifer did fix the issue, but feel they should have honored the price posted. This is why the low rating.
