Jessica Lynn Silva and her team did an amazing job making an out of state probate easier than the one I had to open in my home state. They genuinely care about you as a human and will do everything they can to make whatever filings or legal proceedings you need taken care of, go as smoothly as possible. Throughout the whole process Jaclyn was emailing and calling to keep me updated on everything that was happening, and I am incredibly grateful for how fast and easy the team made it to finalize what was an otherwise arduous 7 year process.

I can’t express the gratitude I have for Jessica and her team. I had trust paperwork drawn up by another attorney, but it was never fully explained to me. Just emailed to me and I guess I was expected to read and understand it. The problem was…I didn’t!! Isn’t this why we hire people in these professions…because we don’t know and they’re expected to!After having a meeting with Jessica I learned a few things…1. The notary that the company hired had NO CLUE what they were doing! If I trusted this knucklehead, I could have lost all power of my trust.2. I had many documents missing that should have been included.When you are completing a trust for your minor child you want to make sure you have EVERYTHING done that needs to be. You’re putting your trust in the hands of these professionals and expect them to know what they’re doing. These are things that can’t be undone after you are gone from this world. It was so important to me that my minor child was taken care of after I was gone, especially since I’m a single mother. There were forms I didn’t know existed until Jessica mentioned it. Such as who would have temporary custody of my daughter until her father was able to come get her since he lives in another state. If that ONE FORM wasn’t completed my little girl could have been stuck in social services after learning her mother is dead while awaiting for her father to arrive. That broke my heart that wasn’t thought of.I can’t say enough good things about Jessica and how grateful I am that she took good care of me. I can now rest easy knowing my daughter will be taken care of after I’m gone.Thank you!!
