Standard Navy Federal Credit Union services in a small footprint location. No drive through. Concierge desk at entrance will point you to the tellers or enter your need into a que so you can be serviced by the next available bank officer.

It May 1 and Monday so everyone is at bank with line out the door. Only 2 tellers on duty. Unacceptable Navy Federal you know it 1st of month and payday and only 2 tellers on duty not good. You gotta do better. I had to wait 30 minutes that to long.

These remarks are not for this location. Ive had a pleasure with this location over the years. These remarks are directly at Navy Federal Credit Union. This institution use to be one of the best in business almost 5-7 years ago. This bank has completely changed which is not customer friendly for example. It take forever to get any type of loan or funding from NFCU. It can be for a very small amount but still take forever compared to the marketplace. I use to prefer NFCU over USAA and Chase.

Won't let me raise the amount I can withdraw from ATMs so I could pay rent. Then went down there and they said they had no check books...what kind of bank has no check books?? So the only way I've been able to pay rent is taking out 400 at an atm over the course of several days to get it. This has been the worst bank ever. Credit cards also aren't letting me take out the money. I'm short, My money is in there and they won't let me access it

I made a fraud claim in May because someone sold me a product they didn’t have. I reached out to PayPal and they told me they could do anything because it was “between friends” but I should reach out to my bank and see what they could do. I reached out to Navy Federal to try to figure it out. They told me they’ll put in a fraud claim and that I’d hear back. I never did. I called back about July-ish. The guy told me he didn’t see a fraud claim and told me he would put in a new one and I would hear back in 10 days. 10 days passed and I never heard anything back. I called back in the end of August because I noticed some sketchy PayPal activity even though I didn’t use my PayPal account at all. PayPal told me to reach out to my bank. So I reached back out to put in ANOTHER fraud claim with Navy Federal because PayPal has been no help. They girl at navy federal told me that the original fraud claim was never put in. So she put in now BOTH fraud claims that totaled $2000 while on the phone. We got confirmation and even had to replace our debit cards. We were told we would hear back within 10 days. Surprise, we didn’t. A few days later, we got provisional credit in our Navy Federal account. I still hadn’t heard anything or gotten any letters in the mail. I figured they accepted our claim and that was the end. It wasn’t. Just this morning November 10th, 58 days after we were given the provisional credit, I was having trouble making a purchase. Checked my bank account. -$700!!! Navy Federal took our provisional money out with absolutely no warning. Now I am 6 months out from getting scammed out of $2000 that Navy Federal claims they can’t do anything about because apparently PayPal is like using cash and PayPal won’t do anything about because “this is a problem with your bank”. We are homeless, we don’t own a car, we are now in the negative because corporations like Navy Federal and PayPal refuse to help us.

Great customer service whether I go into the branch or call. The few times I've gone in, my experience was quicker than waiting on hold when I call. I also have a car loan with them. Their app is pretty easy to navigate & offers many services. I'll definitely keep banking w/ them.

This one star review is for the the home loan (HomeSquad) department only! The latest agent we've gotten is nice, but, too little - too late. A home loan is an excruciatingly convoluted and stressful endeavor on a good day. Our tale is a long and sordid one of mismanagement, unreturned phone calls, and apparently malfunctioning record systems. Too long for this little space. Suffice it to say we are two weeks from when we need to close and they are trying to convince me into a conventional loan because there are more documents needed to prove that I'm a veteran (ironic, I know) than my DD-214. Almost 80 days since pre-approval, and now I need to rush a government document retrieval that usually takes at least one month into one week or no VA loan. Good times.*edit as reply to Tmoblie reply*Your statement is false: T-mobile does not have nearly as extensive network as Verizon. Even Sprint had larger coverage areas and T-mobile has managed to shrink that network size. No ammount of store visits to examine my phone will increase your tower coverage areas.

Been with USAA since I joined the military, as I was about to be retired I was told to check out Navy Federal. Wow where y’all been all my life, by far the best credit union I’ve ever been with.
