“The pharmacy had a problem getting my insurance to authorize payment for 2 prescriptions. Apparently there have been problems lately due to a hack of some sort. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the insurance on the phone so Candace took control of the situation and put the time into actually getting the problem solved. The staff really had no idea how much physical pain I was in while I patiently tried to get resolution and then hoping she could resolve the issue. I am truly appreciative of her efforts as well as her co worker Christi. I really feel like Candace went above and beyond. I am very appreciative.”

In Addition Melissa at sandwich shop was also friendly and helpful. These ladies are hard worker. This store's price is not too bad compared to other Publix. For the employees positive attitude and friendliness and quality of groceries; it is well worth it to pay a little bit more.”
