Seagull Park is a small, oceanfront spot that offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite its modest size, the park provides easy accessibility for walkers, wheelchairs, and those with wagons or equipment. The short, jungle-like covered boardwalk leads directly to the beach, making it a great option for visitors, including the elderly. The beach itself is beautiful, with clean and tidy surroundings, and the sea is typically calm. Visitors can enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the singing of cicadas, as well as the opportunity to collect decent shells. The park also features a shower with a foot shower head and a disposal container for used fishing line. However, the park does have some limitations. The shower water has a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of rotten eggs, and there are no restrooms available. Additionally, the picnic area consists of only two smaller tables, which may not be sufficient for larger groups. Overall, Seagull Park is a great destination for those seeking a scenic, easy-to-access beach experience, despite its modest amenities. Visitors who are prepared and don't mind the lack of restrooms can still enjoy the park's beautiful oceanfront location and views.
Not bad for small park, great waves/ tide w/ lots of surfers & relaxing ocean sounds. Rinse off area poke has smell of foul egg but beats walking to your car w/ sand on your feet.
