Left before closing time and refused to fill a prescription because they only had 30 minutes!! While I stood there sick with two sick children. One threw up all over the floor and they still said they didn't have "time".

I was traveling and needed to get some photos printed. Someone told me to just do it online. WoW, who knew there was such a thing. It was really easy (especially for someone who is old and electronically challenged). They were ready quickly and the employee was VERY friendly and helpful. Thanks

This review is for the pharmacy only. I had to fill a prescription for my dog that needed medication. The medication was a narcotic and it was a very small amount for a 15 pound dog. I went to drop it off and was told to wait to see if they had it on hand. The lady came back and told me they should have it in tomorrow afternoon as they need to fill this medication for someone else and they will call me when it is in. Ok, no problem. The next day I called to check to see if the medication was in. I was told, "It's on back order and we'll have it here in about 10 weeks, supply chain issues". 10 weeks? I got the feeling they just didn't want to fill it for me at all. If I were scamming them they could have easily called the vet nearby where I got the prescription. By the way, I look like any other normal middle aged adult and keep myself fairly healthy. I am friendly and courteous. I came in to pick up the paper prescription (needed for narcotics) to bring it to another pharmacy and the lady there was very curt and rude. I brought the prescription to CVS and the medication was ready and picked up the next day. No supply chain issues at CVS? I will never use this pharmacy.

Do not go there if you make an actual appointment online for a vaccine. They will take covid vac walk ins way before flu shots and it's obvious about the money w the drug companies. This location is the worst! You make an appointment online expect to wait at least an hour or more. I made an appointment for my son and I for 12:40pm and 12:50pm. Three people walked in without appointments for covid shots/booster and were seen before us. They told me they were in training and no excuse. Why make an appointment? Obvious they are making sure covid vac come first. However my daughter got her covid shots there and it took about 45mins after her appointment time so who the heck knows???

WARNING DO NO USE THIS PHARMACY! The pharmacist and staff are rude, incompetent, disorganized and slow. After two years of continued dissatisfaction, I give up! I have complained to management and nothing is improving. They make dangerous errors and are unapologetic, snarky and rude when they do. They will text that your prescription is ready, when it isn't. They stand behind the counter socializing and ignoring customers. They cannot comprehend simple instruction from either doctors, vets or customers (yes vets, they even managed to screw my dogs meds up). They have overcharged me and didn't listen when I tried to correct them. Ultimately they had to reimburse me months later. It is a battle with these idiots. If you value your health, sanity and safety STAY AWAY!! If you must use them, make sure you check your meds before you leave and do not trust anything they say. For the well being of our community I hope they are shut down or placed under new mgmt, ASAP!!!

Very rude pharmacist. I was supposed to get 4 prescriptions after surgery and only got one, came back and she was extremely rude about THEIR mess up, like I was bothering her by having her fill them out. I'm also hard of hearing and she was very rude about that as well. I never write reviews especially during covid but She needs to work on her customer service, like a lot.

It's always a positive experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. Such friendly staff. Special thanks to Kevin, the pharmacist, who always exceeds my expectations. Thank you for making a trip to the pharmacy such a pleasant one!

You card an obvious senior citizen for cigarettes, refuse to override it when she can’t find her ID, hold up the line while she goes to look for it, the cashier can’t close out the order, the manager doesn’t come up at all, and I can’t pay for a bag of freaking nuts. Terrible customer service.
