Left before closing time and refused to fill a prescription because they only had 30 minutes!! While I stood there sick with two sick children. One threw up all over the floor and they still said they didn't have "time".

Seems like every other time I call to see if my prescription is ready I am told that, yes they have it, and then,.when I get there they say.they dont have it due to an insurance issue. I ask more questions and the pharmacist admits they didn't have an insurance issue; they just didnt have enough. Had to wait 15 minutes before they told me any.of that (they.were scrambling trying to find some on the other shelves).

Advertised price for buy one get one was $20.24, as seen in photo. Register rang it up as a higher price. Had to point this out to the cashier and offered to show her photo before price was corrected.This price is still lower than that of the one other store in the immediate area that sells this same product. That is fluticasone propionate, a nasal spray originally developed under the tradename of Flonase. That other store is a Publix.

This review is for the pharmacy only.I had to fill a prescription for my dog that needed medication. The medication was a narcotic and it was a very small amount for a 15 pound dog. I went to drop it off and was told to wait to see if they had it on hand. The lady came back and told me they should have it in tomorrow afternoon as they need to fill this medication for someone else and they will call me when it is in. Ok, no problem.The next day I called to check to see if the medication was in. I was told, "It's on back order and we'll have it here in about 10 weeks, supply chain issues". 10 weeks? I got the feeling they just didn't want to fill it for me at all. If I were scamming them they could have easily called the vet nearby where I got the prescription. By the way, I look like any other normal middle aged adult and keep myself fairly healthy. I am friendly and courteous. I came in to pick up the paper prescription (needed for narcotics) to bring it to another pharmacy and the lady there was very curt and rude. I brought the prescription to CVS and the medication was ready and picked up the next day. No supply chain issues at CVS?I will never use this pharmacy.

Walgreens is convenient with reasonable prices. I dont need to go to a department store to shop and waste time because of the several locations Walgreens offers. The rewards program is a great way for me to get the most bang for my buck.

They don’t understand prescription lawsRude to doctors when they call and choose sometimes to fill medication and some times won’t fill the same medication quoting laws that are not accurate.

I believe the GM and DM need to spend time training Pablo on customer service. He appears to have a power trip and in the process has terrible customer service. CVS isn’t far the other direction!

5 stars for store. No stars for the PHARMACY. It is the most unorganized, difficult, and lazy pharmacy we've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. This isn't a recent issue, they've been horrible for years. Only recently decided to try to use again and nothing has changed. Not sure how they are still operating. If you value your health and a timely recovery, do NOT use this pharmacy.

After leaving an urgent care sick, I dropped my two prescriptions off to be filled on 8/4/2021. I called later that day, and they told me that things were really busy. I called the next day, and they said it was being processed. This is also what they told me the following two days. Finally, I had the prescription transferred to another pharmacy (not a Walgreens). FIVE months later, on 12/3/2021, the Walgreens in Satellite Beach called me to inform me that my prescriptions were ready! I laughed and mentioned it being five months ago I dropped them off. As if this was completely normal, the tech said, "So you don't want them?". I have moved my pharmacy because none of this experience gave me ANY confidence in Walgreen's ability to manage my medications.

Absolutely horrible service! Should have learned my lesson after my husband & I waited 4Eva for our boosters! $#!+ show, should have never brought my teen. Pack a lunch or go to CVS or Publix
