Needed a form notarized, super simple as it didn’t even need a witness. No one looked into my account to make sure I banked there or to see my history with the company. I was told it would be a while bc the manager (who is also the only person who is a notary) was working with a new hire (not a customer). I explained that I’m a customer and asked that they take a moment to fulfill my need, but just kept getting told that it would be a while as they were in the middle of on boarding the new hire. Even the manager came out and said the same. I left without getting my form notarized. Very disappointing.

Sadly wells Fargo has gone downhill!! Have been a customer for many years and this particular branch has terrible upper management, bankers. The tellers are fantastic with an exception to the teller manager. Hope they can solve there internal issues

If I could give less than one star I would. Terri Washington was the lady that helped me today. She is a complete liar she tried telling me Wells Fargo is in fact not responsible for what had occurred and told me to read the guide so I did with her and when we couldn't find what she was talking about, she told me to leave because she had an appointment. Disgusting.

Went into this branch to get documents notarized and was not happy with the treatment I received. I am a 37 year customer of SC national, then Wachovia and now of course Wells Fargo and the service levels continue to decline. At this branch I was being helped by a very nice young lady until another person interrupted to let her know that if the documents were from SC or NC they couldn't do it because an attorney had to be present at closing. I tried to explain that these were not closing documents and that the attorney would be at the actual closing. She wasn't having it and could care less what I had to say OR my attorney who was in the phone. It wasn't that they didn't want to notarize the documents it just that the lady with the British accent was so condescending, rude, and sorry with us. She then sent us to a place called "non lawyers" to get out documents notarized. Don't figure..... 1800 wells fargo line was useless as they told me wells fargo only notarizes its own documents...really? Never got a call back from the branch as promised either.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND Wells Fargo for your banking needs. Very intrusive and personal questions asked by tellers. I had one teller at the Satellite Beach branch argue with one of their own customers by phone about their check. WOW REALLY!!! It's NONE OF Wells Fargo's business if somebody chooses to have an account elsewhere. Mind your damn business and tend to routine banking. Would NEVER trust or bank there again. I've received similar complaints from other customers as well. They call this a Bank? Never been treated so badly by a bankng institution. This Bank gets an F in my book. Credit Unions are a much bettrr choice. Wells Fargo close your doors for good.

Wells Fargo in the News again for "taking advantage of customers". Wells Fargo sued for "pinning" and "bundling". Don't trust putting your money in this bank. They also sent personal customer information to the wrong recipients. Never again would I trust this bank.
