Very disappointed. Its just a few day until Christmas and About Storage just raised my rent and debited my debit card with without my knowledge. They only sent notice a few days before Christmas via snail mail, and the money was taken from my account before I had a chance to check my mail. Very Unprofessional My rent went up $30 per unit for a total of 195 per unit (I have two 10 x20 outdoor non climate controlled units) Since the previous manager Brendan left this facility has been poorly managed by the new manager Christian. The gates have not been in working and for several weeks this past summer/fall they were just left open with no security. Gate codes were changed with no formal notification. This facility is poorly maintained compared to other storage facilities in the area. I have been a customer for nearly five years and in that time I have seen 0 maintenance on this facility. There are several electrical hazards throughout the property, I have personally talked with the owner and walked the property with him to show him the issues, but he refused to hire a professional to fix the safety issues. I could understand the increase if they were keeping the property maintained, however they don't. This is all about being greedy and forcing the locals out so they can welcome in the big money from the snowbirds. In 2018 my units were 95 each now each unit is 195 each.... and no upgrades to the facility in the time. Fyi Brendon the former manager left because the owner refused to pay him a proper managers wage.

I can't say enough good about this place. They take great care of their clients and our stuff. When we were moving from West Palm to Sebastian we needed a place to store our RV. We called and the young lady on the telephone was exceptionally helpful, very efficient and gave us all the information we needed. We booked a space for one month for our 33Ft 5th wheel Camper, thinking we could look around at other places if we needed to. A month later, when we first arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. We never even looked at other places. We now love this place so much we pay yearly. Safe, very secure and all the amenities we need. O' and did I mention fantastic service.

I would love to give this place 5 stars because they have been very friendly and I had mostly a good experience with storing my boat here. However, they have some things that need to be improved on, hence the 4 stars. I got one of their spaces outside the gate since they didn't have a space available inside. They told me I would be notified as soon as a spot on the inside opened up. I was never contacted, so I have to assume either they forgot about me, or a spot never opened up in the 5 months that I had been storing my boat there. The spot was angled in a manner that made it really difficult to maneuver the boat into and then this issue was compounded by a big rig and trailer that was parked just out in front of the space. The good side of that is I got very skilled at backing up the trailer pretty quickly. There was a bit of time where they had an ant problem and my feet were constantly getting bit to shreds whenever I picked up or dropped off the boat, but they eventually took care of that problem (or the ants just relocated). Their boat wash station was a hose that was old and severely kinked with a cheap spray nozzle with a broken handle. All that said, it was still an affordable place to store the boat and they were conveniently located directly across the street from the boat ramp.
