Had a great experience from the first phone call. They were able to provide me a cube van to pick up the things that I needed in storage and had the unit waiting for me.
Jasmine assisted me from the beginning and was very courteous very helpful and the unit was spotless.
The prices were competitive and the courtesy level was A+

Clean units, great prices!! The customer service here is amazing. Will was great with my urgent needs of a second unit next to my first one for the convience of a 3bedroom uhaul unload: friendly, and efficient! Highly recommend seeing Will at cubesmart for your storage needs.

Very nice Manager..units clean air conditioner works
I just would make 1 change the carts have trouble going over the frames of doors.Being a senior and I used Cube smart in PSL.the threshold should be flat...carts must be brought to end of halls and you cant back car up easily to doorways...the lip is 1 inch to 2 inches ..it needs redesign ....not logical at all.1st month free ...

All the employees at the Sebastian location are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The office, property and storage units are very clean and well maintained. They also have u haul trucks for all your moving needs in one location.

Gateway is always open , because it keep breaking down. The bottom of the door does not keep the dirt out at all. End up with a mini beach inside.. But great people in the office.. Jasmine is the greatest.

Will at Store #4774 Sebastian Florida went above and beyond giving extra care to my auto whoch I stored with them for several months. Have used several sizes at Cubesmart (transferrable) and I continue to be completely satisfied with all aspects of use. I have used multi storage companies on the Treasure Coast in Florida and none compared to the prices, serviceocations and people at CubeSmart. Thank You Will and CubeSmart.
