Usually it is a bracing experience going in. But this time everyone was friendly.

Went to the store, where I have done all my business including T.V. streaming, with a question about the phone. The store was empty, no customers, only an employee by the name of Nate. Asked for assistance with retrieval of information after receiving a new phone two days earlier. Nate was busy texting on his phone (I saw the screen) and couldn’t be bothered to even explain or walk me through the fix, saying it was an Apple problem. Terrible customer service, as it was more important for him to text friends than help a customer. They will not get any more of my business.
