I just would like you to know this store is not a ATT Corp store if this store dose you wrong ATT will not help you get it fixed this mean when you charge fot something you did not ask for or want to buy you find it on the bill. I understand I did not find it right away but when you get the att bill and it jump two months in a row and call att and they say it because you bought and financed is the reason and they can not help check with the store all they say is to late get out when you ask for someone else just told to leave.

Avoid this store if you need to get anything accomplished. One day I’m told that I can not be helped as the manager needs to be here to process my issue. I am told the manager will be in the following day. I return the following day and see the manager. Talked to another technician and tell him that I need to speak with the manager. He’s busy so I wait. Then the manager gets up and leaves. Not one word to me. Other employee tells me that he had to leave. Then I turn around and walk back in and he’s helping customers.

went in to get a new phone. The representative, Jose H, assured me that my bill would only go up $11.00 /mo.. He did not mention an upgrade fee, added insurance fee or the fee added for early upgrade program. In total my next bill went up $74.00. I got zero help from manager Nate. Fortunately, AT&T customer service was able to make some adjustments and offered me a courtesy credit. Bottom line - let the buyer beware! Make sure you know what to expect on your next bill before making a purchase.
