Was ok needed a new battery. The girl who waited on us very young had not a nice attitude at all ! Not great customer service. Young people have no work ethics & manners & customer skills not very good. There is plenty of other auto stores we will go to in Sebastian! Next time. That's for sure. Train your people better
Alot of people would love to have a job.

I pulled in to check a warning light. When I tried to start the car, it would not start. The staff came out with something to jump start. Did not work but they tried.

We needed to changed out spark plugs and an ignition coil in the parking lot. We had never done it before. We watch a YouTube video. We got the parts. We knew one coil was bad, but not 100% which one it was, every time we had a question we would ask, which wasn't often, we were treated respectfully and helped willingly. I will always go here. I especially appreciate the help we received from Paul. He is always friendly and knowledgeable.

I literally just left the store, and I'm really looking forward to going home and cleaning up and relaxing with a fresh cup of coffee, but here I am sitting in an 84 degree parking lot writing what I believe is my very first negative review here. I was in the store for 10 minutes. I counted 5 employees. None of them acknowledged my existence or offered to help in any way. If I hadn't stumbled blindly into the self checkout, I would have left everything on the counter and walked out. I won't be back.

My husband went in to buy windshield wipers. The sales clerk was super helpful, knowledgeable & professional. He suggested the wipers to buy & even went out in the parking lot & put them on for him. Such a nice guy. AutoZone is where we will always go to, from now on.Courtesy means a lot.

Cant change a battery in a Volkswagen Tiguan because of some battery reset, Advanced Auto did it in no time with 0 issues.
