Went into the branch to change my address on 2 business checking accounts. After giving them my driver's license, social and both account numbers on bank statements I brought with me, they told me they couldn't authenticate me and therefore couldn't help me. She advised me to get an ATM card as that would have allowed them to help me. I'm not sure how an ATM card is more powerful than all the other items I brought in. I left that branch and had to drive 20 minutes to another branch where they were able to help me and get my address changed in 5 minutes with no problem. I won't waste my time going to the Sebastian branch again.

One star is generous! This branch is slow and lazy with absolutely no sense of customer service! The branch should be closed because I get better service from the ATM. Go to the Vero Branch if you need any kind of customer service. Shame on BOA for allowing this branch to do less than the bare minimum.

Sebastian Florida Branch friendly. Customer Service Center staff blatantly will accuse you of money laundering and fraud. Withholding money that belongs to me.

Worst bank ever. What’s the point And having checks if you cannot take a check from someone in cash it out there bank because they have a limit LOL worst experience ever definitely the main reason why I do not bank with Bank of America

Went into to make payment only to stand in line for 10 minutes that wasn’t moving, I walked out. Only had one individual servicing customers. I remember when they closed the drive up windows they said we’re gonna put on more service reps to handle the difference in business practices. YEA RIGHT never happened.Monday morning we will go to our other bank to replace this loan only had it to begin with because the dealership claimed they had the best rate which I have doubt about that as well, probably had a better back end rate to dealer.In just my opinion only this is got to be the worst bank that’s in business as well as this branch.Good luck if you’re planning to start relationship with them.
