“Like most banks, you can almost find a branch near by. I have to go Manhattan to find a branch when l am in Brooklyn. I was in Florida and needed to make a pit stop. As soon as l walked in the Branch Manager met me at the door. We had a brief conversation that was very informative and l was quite happy. She saved me a few dollars as well. The tellers were helpful and met all of my needs. I was very pleased and glad l went to the Sebastian Branch, and no lines. I will be back.”

Niki helped me and my experience was more of the same...knowledgeable, courteous, professional and fast to get the job done. I had been in discussion with another LARGE NATIONAL bank locally for 6-7months trying to get a FDIC question resolved.They couldn't give me the answer I needed after 6 months, going through 3-4 different bank managers and specialists.
