Only giving a 3 star because one customer service associate went out of her way to help me find a top to wear under a lace top however, the rest of the staff was snooty. I had an exchange, a purse that was too small. Purchased 2 weeks ago. Didn't have receipt nor did I keep the tags. I was told they would issue store credit. PERFECT! There was a stainless steel cup and dog shampoo I wanted. At the register I was asked to go grab an identical bag so they could scan the tags. Upon my return I was informed that they would not take the bag back because I didn't have proof I purchased it there. Normally I'd accept this but I have watched someone return items time after time after time that had nothing and if they were to actually pay attention I'm sure they'd find the stuff wasn't exactly what was purchased. So I was a little upset but this is a discount store so if it wasn't purchased there it would have been my loss because i was returning it for what I paid for it there and not the true retail amount before getting to their store.
I left the cup and dog shampoo grabbed my bag and left. Dishonest people get away with everything while honest people get the boot all the time.

Everything was good until I got to the cashier. The woman I’m pretty sure was new, but she was very rude. Didn’t even greet me, she acted annoyed that I was having to do a return as well. The customer service definitely lacks and whoever does hiring needs to look into this because it’s very unwelcoming.

Good selection of clothes, summer equipment, sheets, and a unique assortment of housewares. Not all the stores are the same but Sebastian Fl is excellent.

The remodeled store was packed full of new merchandise, bright lighting, wide open isles, and many registers open and ready for customers. We found everything on our list and much more. Definitely will go back soon.

Very disappointed to shop for hours, fill my cart, then head to checkout only to be told that their credit card service has been offline for days. Put a sign on the door!!!
