They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, completed work promptly, communicated regularly, and even though I had insurance coverage, the cost was very reasonable. The painting interfaced flawlessly with the original color. They even touched up the rock chips on the front bumper for free since they had the paint, even though the body work was on the opposite end. Matched original very well. No negative experiences.
