I was able to get my struggling 14 year old pup in SAME DAY even though we weren't existing clients. He was in pain and it was breaking my heart. The fee for same day was totally reasonable and nothing like an emergency vet fee. My dog is terrified of vets, but something was so different about the "vibe" of this office. It doesn't smell like antiseptic, there's dog hair around, and it's just "chill". He came right in, immediately jumped in one of their doggy beds and was relaxed. The treatment he was given was excellent and he was immediately feeling better. Within two days of treatment, he was acting like a puppy again. We went back for a tooth cleaning - (awake, just numbing cream) and I thought for sure he would freak out. But the vet and techs knew exactly how to hold him so that he couldn't flail around and hurt himself and he stayed reasonable calm even for that. I'm so impressed. His teeth look amazing, he's not limping and crying anymore. Thank you!!!

She's been the most caring, passionate, and professional vet I have had the pleasure of working with. She did everything she could to help us with our Boston Terrier. Since there's not much we can do she's helped us keep him comfortable. I appreciate Dr. And her staff more then words can express. She was worth the 3 hour drive from Tampa.

So I have been to many vets and this woman helped my dog in so many ways, but she was never offered treatment at any other vet for the haze on her eyes. Her eyes have not been so clear in 5 years!! I am so happy and recommended her to any pet owner! Thanks, doc ? Sundays eyes are so beautiful again thanks to you Dr. Val. Also, the staff members are so kind!

Dr Bieghl has been a great help to my golden retriever Bella and has helped me care for my dog and comprehensively provided excellent treatment and diagnostics. While advising me on my dogs degenerative myelosis and appropriate care she also treated the mild ear infections and peridontal issues thus making my 14 year old much healthier and pain under control. I am very appreciative of the care and attention from both this veterinarian and her clinic staff

Dr. Biehl was recommended to me by a friend. My 4 legged girls immediately warmed up to her and her staff after we met them! I recently brought my puppy in for a routine wellness visit/ vaccines. Dr. Biehl insisted we stay for 20 minutes after the vaccines to ensure there were no adverse effects. My puppy, unfortunately became pale and did not tolerate the vaccine she was given. I am speechless how well Dr. Biehl handled the situation; she showed so much concern and love for my sweet Shandi. Dr. Biehl not only made Shandi her number one priority on a busy day but she called us later in the day to check on her.

Dr Val went out of her way to take care of my dads Dachshund before he had to be put down, went as far as going to the IRMC to visit my father and speak to his doctors about the importance of my dad being home with his lil buddy! Was so impressed that when we adopted our English Bully, We went to her right away as he was old and needed medical attention ASAP!! Dr Val and her staff were amazing!! Knew the money was tight and we had already spent so much in saving our "fatty mcfat" she was able to tell us what he does need now and doesnt need now! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VET!! WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! WOULD AND WE DO RECOMMEND HER AS MUCH AS WE CAN!!!

Best vet ever!!! Always takes time with every patient. Will do what it takes to get the answers and diagnose the problem. Everyone in the office cares and treats your animals as if they were their own.
