Clean units, caring and helpful staff! Occasionally the do Automatic rate increases after they send a notification card in the mail,, just talk to the staff and they will work with you. Always had a pleasant experience there.

Everyone in the office and on the phone was incredibly helpful and courteous. The team made any and all situations easy and pleasant, even when I called the day before to move out they went above and beyond to expedite the process. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needed a storage facility.

I have had a few experiences with the mid level businesses which were negative especially when a bigger business in the same field pops up...that were not good. I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of Shane at Extra Space Storage. He listened and worked it out.
