“I visited the Great Clips in Sebastian, FL, for a haircut and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The barber did not follow my instructions, and the result was far from what I wanted. The cut felt rushed, uneven, and lacked attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed, as this isn’t the quality I expected from a reputable salon. I would appreciate it if more care was taken with future clients to ensure they leave satisfied.”

Worst hair salon in the area. Inconsistent cuts, employees, staff sits in the back and doesn’t help customers, answer phones or anything. 4 times in the last month I’ve checked in with mobile, sat inside to not be helped or spoken to until 20 minutes after I’ve been there they “check” me in as in the store. What’s the point of the app or features if the staff doesn’t use them. Stop wasting customers time!

Minus 5 Stars! I was waiting for a cut and had to listen to the stylist loudly commenting on a young girls hair. It was going to take her a lot of extra time and cost more because it was Really, Really Bad. (It was matted and unkempt, but isn't this her job??)
She mentioned this Really Bad hair numerous times.This child was probably only 8 years old. I was embarrassed, angered and upset by the calusness and rudeness. This is something that should be discussed with the parent, not for the entire salon to hear. She is just a little girl with feelings for goodness sake. I walked out, but decided to go back in and let them know how rude they were and how upsetting it was to hear. Never again!!

I moved to Sebastian from Tampa a little over a year ago. I always went to Great clips in Tampa. Yes there were times when the cut was not so good, but overall the good cuts way out did the bad cuts. This Great Clips in Sebastian is awful!! I have short hair so the mistakes are much more noticeable. Every single time I go there there are mistakes. The last time I went there the lady did not blend the cut on one side so I have this obvious ridge across one side of my head above my ear. The time before the lady cut a short chunk out of my bangs. It was an accident but I had to figure out how to hide it every time I went out. I am done with this place!!
I gave two stars because you have to have one star just to post and the second star because Great Clips is overall a great place for an inexpensive, no bells and whistles hair cut.
