I Tried to have a Hot water heater delivered to my home. The girl in customer service could not figure out how to set up a delivery on the computer. I didn’t even get a sorry. She said I could pay for the hot water heater and delivery but couldn’t tell me when or if it would be delivered. Really? I had to load the big hot water heater onto a cart by myself. While being checked out by a HD employee, a cashier at a nearby register jetted over and kept asking me questions about my home that was none of her business. I must have been asked ten times if I wanted a Home Depot credit card by a cashier that was not even working the cash register that I was at. The lady that was actually my cashier was very nice. While I waited in line at the register for a gentleman who had been paged to load my purchase this intrusive cashier is still standing there continuing to drill me about my house. I do not know why this other cashier decided to leave her station and ask me a hundred questions. I know people need their jobs in this economy right now so I did not complain to a manager and call anyone out.

We went in tonight to find some of the items we needed out of stock. While walking through the store one of your employees, Zack, stopped what he was working on to ask if we needed help. After double checking inventory (total opposite side of the store), he not only helped us find our product at another location but took the time to call that location and have them bring it to customer service for us. Exceptional customer service. Exceptional young man. Greatly appreciate all of his help!

We shop here a lot since there aren't really any other choices for home improvement around here, but the store is usually very well stocked and staff is extremely helpful. Our most recent trip was for the purchase of a new range for our kitchen and the appliances associate was top notch. He offered help immediately but we wanted to stroll around first and get a feel for the selection. Once we were ready, he gave us detailed information on the various styles and models and really knew his inventory. We bought a smart convection range with an integrated air fryer from Samsung and he gave us a brief run through of how to set it up once it was delivered. It was delivered earlier than expected on the day it was scheduled. They called ahead with a time range and then texted a tracking link. The delivery team called us 20 minutes out and were fast and efficient in getting us set up. This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

My husband was there tonight. 3rd time this week. Although tonight Corinne while checking him out at the register told him that his military ID was not valid as it didn’t say “indefinite.” He showed her his2nd I.D. Which was his VA I.D. And she said it wasn’t valid. She asked if he was retired and he said yes. She didn’t understand that indefinite on military ID is for those 65years old and retired. He isn’t even 50 years old yet. She was rude and stated it wasn’t going to save him much anyway. We have spent good money working on a project especially lately. You need to teach your cashiers they need to respect their customers especially the US Military or they don’t need to be representing your company.

I have been to this store multiple times and each time I'm greeted by a friendly smile and asked if I need any help. With so many options for Home Depot style stores, the reason I keep coming back is the staff and selection of items. I'm a gal who loves her garden stuff, and I came here looking for some new plants and the staff help out with selection and rerouting to maybe a better option for what I was working with. Definitely will be back here. Oh and the selection of tools along with their price match, you know I'll be back.

Doing a complete kitchen remodel through them. It had gone perfect until yesterday. We bought $4k worth of appliances on 4/7/19, paid for and to be stored until project finished. These were to be delivered 5/30/19. They called us last night and LM, can't deliver until JUNE 15th! Appears they took our new refrigerator and sold/delivered it to someone else. We've not had a range, refrigerator, microwave or washer/dryer for 4+ weeks now while remodeling. They tried to remedy it, but no one has any idea on what the heck they are doing in the delivery dept. Needless to say, don't count on them to deliver anything w/o checking their inventory 2X. Today I try to get them to deliver the balance of my appliances as they are giving me a loaner refrigerator to use after talking to them again last night.
